Traditional Czech production of solid-fuel household appliances
The KVS MORAVIA 9112 type solid-fuel range cooker with an oven is intended for heating, cooking, roasting/baking and (re)-heating of meals. This cooker is also manufactured in a version with a heat exchange unit (type 9112-HEU). A spacious firebox makes it possible to use wood logs of up to 450 mm in length and of up to 190 mm in diameter. One of many other advantages is the variability of connections to a chimney.
Already in its standard version, the cooker has 3 outlets for combustion gases for connection to a chimney from the back, from a side or from above (Note: when a glass-ceramic hob is used, connection is only possible from a side or back wall). All these outlets are situated next to one another see the photo.
The cooker is made in right-hand or left-hand versions, which differ mainly by the position of the outlets into a chimney (when viewed from the front). Right-hand version – all the 3 outlets for combustion gases are in the right corner and the oven is also situated in the right section of the cooker. Left-hand version – all the 3 outlets for combustion gases are in the left corner, and the oven is also situated in the left section of the cooker.

The KVS MORAVIA 9112 type range cooker is designed to be used mainly with a recommended fuel such as wood and wood briquettes.
This type combines the advantages of a fireplace stove and cooker because apart from cooking, roasting/baking and heating it is fascinating that it is possible to see flickering flames through the glazed door of the firebox. The materials used in the manufacture of this type are similar as compared with the other types of KVS MORAVIA appliances.
The cooker has a rather spacious firebox at the expense of the baking oven, which is of smaller dimensions as compared with the types 9100 and 9103. Yet the oven works well and is equipped with a grid and baking tray. In view of the fact that this type has a large entrance door to the firebox, logs of up to 190 mm in diameter and 450 mm in length can be put into it. From this point of view, this type will be more suitable if you prefer heating to roasting/baking and cooking.
The cooker is provided with a secondary air supply which facilitates better combustion.
Cooling panels can be used to build the cooker into a fitted kitchen. If upper cabinets above the cooker are also part of the fitted kitchen, it is necessary to insulate them from heat and steam, e.g. by means of an extractor hood or in another way. Otherwise the fitted kitchen may get damaged. ances.
